BACKGROUND

Shree Hans Alloys Ltd. is an India-based Company located at G.I.D.C, Dholka near Ahmedabad with a state-of-the-art manufacturing infrastructure spread over a 10,200 sq. yards area. The Company was established with the aim to be a reliable manufacturer of highest quality castings available at very competitive rates, and provide prompt delivery to the customers in India and abroad. The Company manufactures products for customers who expect perfection. All jobs are made to customer specifications and no detail escapes our attention.

Shree Hans Alloys Limited possesses experience and expertise in 

• Production of stainless steel and nickel-based alloy castings for pump and valve industries up to 1250 kg.

• Casting components for mining and mineral industries such as bowl liner, mantle liner, jaw plate, ball mill liner, apron pan, mine car wheel, rim liner, impactor hammer, concave liner, bucket lip etc.

• Ash handling spares like Inner casing, Wear Plate, Impellers, Bearing Housing, Back Plate etc.

Manufacturing Facilities

• PATTERN SHOP : Well equipped for WOODEN/METALLIC patterns.

• MOULDING SHOP : Equipped with pneumatic rammers and sand compactors for hand moulding, employing green, Co2, no back & oil sand systems.

• MELTING SHOP : Equipped with “ELECTROTHERM” make, 350 KW, medium frequency induction furnace having crucibles each of 500 kgs. & 750 kgs. Nominal capacity.

• HEAT TREATMENT SHOP : 

Equipped with 6’x5’x4’ electrical & 10’x8’x6’ oil fired HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE with AIR, WATER AND OIL QUENCHING FACILITY. Equipped with ‘athena’ make micro processor based digital temperature indicator and recorder with chart.

• FETTLING SHOP : Well equipped with heavy duty swing frame grinders (05nos.), flexible shaft grinder (6nos), sanders (2) pneumatic chippers and SHOT BLASTING MACHINE (48’ TABLE SIZE) and SAND BLASTING MACHINE

• MACHINE SHOP : 

Available for PROOF/FINAL MACHINING with arrangement for various machines like horizontal boring, vertical lathe (VTL) conventional lathes, radial drill, gear hobbing, milling, shaping, grinding, planning and various other machines.

• JOB CAPACITY : Weight range 2.0 kgs, to 1200kgs. /piece approximately.

• STAND BY POWER SOURCE : 250 KVA GREAVES DG SET

• CRANES : 5 MT -  3nos., 3 MT - 2nos.

• MELTING FURNACE of 200 kg for Research and Development.

• ELECTRICAL HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE with 4’x2’x2’

• METALLURGICAL MICROSCOPE : Developing new metallurgy within stipulated delivery period is our strongest forte.

Testing Facilities

• SPECTROMETER : 

We have ‘SHIMADZU’ make OES 5500-II SPARK EMMISSION SPECTROMETER for WITH 24 channels checking of all major elements like C, Mn, Si, Ni, Cr, Mo, Ti, Cu, Bo, V, S, P, W, Zn, Pb, Al. All castings of Fe base, Ni base and Cu base can be checked up to three decimals accuracy.
